Honey Baked Ham
1 Tablespoon Flour
1 Oven Cooking Bag
1 Bone-in Fully Cooked Ham
16 oz. (about 1-1/4 cups) for Risk’s Honey
4 Teaspoons Lemon Pepper
2 Teaspoons Rosemary or Thyme, crushed
Honey Sauce, recipe below
Place flour in a roasting bag and shake to coat inside. Place ham in floured bag. Combine honey, lemon pepper and rosemary: pour over ham and close bag with twister. Poke hole in top of bag. Roast at 325 F for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven, let stand 10 minutes. Cut bag open and remove ham. Reserve drippings for sauce.
Strain drippings and measure: add enough water to make about 2 cups. Then add 1/2 cup of white wine and bring to a boil. Serve with ham.
